Velaro Integrates with Zendesk for Support Chat
We are on the verge of announcing an integration with Velaro, a live chat service that can help increase your number of support options with your customers.We would like to invite you to try out the beta release of the integration. You'll be able to archive Velaro chats directly to Zendesk, as well as creating cases and saving them to Zendesk right from the Velaro chat window. Your agents won't have to jump back and forth between chat and their help desk to track and resolve customer issues.
